Graduates of the Department of Business Administration are at a level to compete with all universities in Turkey. Those who have a good level of foreign language knowledge (such as TOEFL, YDS, YÖKDİL) and who are successful in central exams (such as KPSS, ALES) can both become academicians in every university and be placed in A and B group positions in the public sector.
In the public sector, positions are basically divided into two groups as A group and B group:
Group A Positions: Refers to expert civil service positions. To be placed in these positions, it is necessary to take the KPSS A Group exam. This exam is held every year. These exams; covers (1) general culture and general ability exams and (2) field courses exams (law, business, accounting, statistics, foreign language, public administration, economics, labor economics, econometrics and international relations). It is necessary to get good grades from all these lessons. Business Administration course programs are unique programs that appeal to all of these exams. The positions in which faculty graduates are employed in the public sector are given in Table 1 below. In addition to these positions, many senior public management positions await professionally competent business graduates. The fact that the graduates of the Business Administration Department, whose number can be expressed in hundreds as of today, are assigned in the public sector in Group A positions is the most concrete proof of this situation.

Job Opportunities in the Private Sector and Universities
In general, considering that not the departments but the people's interests and what they want to do opens more doors for job opportunities, the business administration department is a program with a very wide definition of your skills. You can start working as a managerial candidate in a worldwide company, or find a job in a small accounting office. The quality of the profession of those who graduate from the Business Administration Department depends on the student's ability and, to some extent, the way the person has developed himself during his university life. Business administration graduates can easily find jobs in almost all departments of companies and in all sectors. Graduates of the Business Administration Department are predominantly employed in management, purchasing, sales, marketing, finance, banking, industry, tourism, advertising, public relations, consultancy organizations, operations management, management information systems, international markets and multinational companies services, human resources, foreign trade, accounting, project management, audit companies, agencies, insurance companies, foreign trade companies, transportation companies, R&D, Chambers of Industry and Commerce, intermediary organizations, outsourcing companies, media and similar fields and departments as well as in the private sector in Turkey. On the other hand, business administration graduates can find jobs in private banks at different levels such as branch managers, internal auditors, assistant inspectors, assistant experts, managers, customer relations representatives, and counter clerks. Some of these institutions hold their own exams.
Graduates of the Business Administration Department can become financial advisors and independent auditors, which is a popular profession. For this, graduates are required to take the financial advisory exam. If they pass the exam, they take an exam again after 3 years of financial consultancy internship, and if they pass this exam, they are entitled to become financial advisors. In addition, if the graduates of the Business Department have sufficient capital, it is possible to establish their own businesses thanks to their professional business contacts and training. Graduates of the Department of Business Administration have the opportunity to obtain a KOSGEB approved business establishment loan within the scope of the Entrepreneurship course. For example; approximately 234 students obtained this certificate in 2017.
- Employment Opportunities as Academic Staff
Business administration graduates have the opportunity to become academicians in a wide range of fields, as they are equipped with the knowledge and skills they will need both in their academic life and professional careers. If business graduates get enough scores from Academic Personnel and Postgraduate Education Entrance Exam (ALES) and Foreign Language Exam (YDS), E-YDS, TOEFL, YÖKDİL exams, they can be academicians (research assistants, lecturers, etc.) They can be lecturers not only in the department of business administration, but also in economics, public administration, international trade, international logistics, international finance and banking, vocational schools and colleges of applied sciences. These graduates can become lecturers, associate professors and professors in the professional process.
